It is a credit to Kelly the way she manages these properties, was extremely last minute booking (literally walking onto plane) on landing everything was organised by Kelly and exactly as described after a 21 hour day even I could follow the clear and accurate instructions. First impressions was “wow all that for that price, beautiful clean bathroom, bed was extremely comfortable and the unit very quiet and peaceful, even being 2min from the freeway on/off ramp.. ample storage space and very spacious room, beautiful surroundings shopping centre 3min drive away. As a bloke a shower is something that does a job, omg that shower I didn’t want to get out after baking in the Queensland sun for 14hours so relaxing, Air con was very effective in cooling the place after 30 degree days. I’m definitely saving this straight to the favourites. I’ve always been a motel stay person but had several bad experiences so switched to Air B N B, with hosts like Kelly I’m not going back to motels

Lovely 2 nights at Kelly's place. Perfect location for a city break in Brisbane. The apartment had everything we needed and more. A lot of though went into making sure as guests we had everything provided for us.

The place was very nice, comfortable, and conveniently accessible to the shopping centre. The house design is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a overall pleasant stay at Kelly’s place. The property is brand new, very clean, and the self check-in process was extremely convenient. The location is great as well — within walking distance to nearby restaurants and about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which is perfect for guests without a car. Kelly’s communication was always quick and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue to be aware of is the car parking safety situation, the host provides a free street parking, and the second day, during the afternoon (around 3–4 pm) when we just had a nap, our car's window was smashed by a group of offenders. Our house keys were taken. A kind neighbour provided some information and CCTV footage, but the offenders were masked and the offenders even followed the neighbor. We reported it online as advised, but the police did not attend in person. we called Kelly to ask for the CCTV, and her communication is helpful and timely, it's appreciated!

Kelly hosted us this past weekend and it was great! The instructions couldn’t have been more clear! The location is close to the city and it had everything we needed. The space was clean and so convenient. Kelly checked in and see if we needed any assistance during our stay. 100% would recommend 😁
