Please maintain quietness and respect our neighbors after 9PM. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 9 pm. ❤️ CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT instructions Check in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. Please remember to take a photo of the returned keys once you have checked out! ❤️ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, extra early check-in fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding in advance! ❤️ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST ONE DAY before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 10am, an extra late check-out fee will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. . ⭐️ If any items are damaged during in stay, please let us know promptly. ⭐️ When checking out, please ensure that the house is left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any breakages or damages incurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning.
