Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the property’s condition. 👥 Guests: Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest. 🚫 Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases. 🅿️ Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure you park in the spot allocated to your booking. 🎉 Events: Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Linens and towels are available for your use, but we ask that you leave them in the apartment. Please also follow the checkout instructions to leave the home in good condition. 🚽 Septic System: Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply. 🔑 Keys 1 set of keys is provided. Additional sets are subject to availability. Lost key fee: $300 or more + plus locksmith and GST. 🛠️ After-Hours Support (If needed) 3 PM–7 PM: $65 + GST 7 PM–10 PM: $85 + GST 10 PM–9 AM: $125 + GST (Subject to availability) ⏰ Late Check-Out: Please note that a fee will apply for late check-out. Standard check-out time: 10 AM. Late check-out requests need approval. Late check-out fee after 10 AM: $30 per hour, latest by 12 noon. ======================================== Penalties We encourage you to follow our guidelines to avoid any additional charges: 🛠️ Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. 🎊 Parties/Events: A penalty of $500 will apply if a party or event is held at the property. 🐕 Pets: Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages caused by the pet. 🧼 Cleaning: If additional cleaning beyond standard expectations is required, the guest will be responsible for the extra service cost. 🚭 Smoking: A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside or anywhere on the property. 🔒 Security: Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 + penalty fee.
