The ground floor is separately occupied by a long-term tenant. You may occasionally see them or their vehicle in the shared garage, but they are friendly and respectful, and your upstairs space is completely private. One parking spot in the garage is reserved for you, please park your car right hand side and make sure reserve a car park space to the long term tenant. If you have a second car, free street parking is conveniently available nearby. Some household storage items are kept on the ground floor and under the stairs area, which are not part of the guest space. While the upstairs is private, please note that it shares a wall with the downstairs unit, so you may occasionally hear some everyday sounds. If you are very sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking. Washing machine is installed in the kitchen. Lost key or lockout assistance incurs a $100 emergency call-out fee. By booking this property, we assume you have read and agreed to these notes.
