Please note: This studio is attached to two other studios within the same house. There is a long-term tenant living upstairs. Some household noise may be heard, so if you are very sensitive to sound, this accommodation may not be suitable. The location is highly convenient—just an 8-minute drive to Loganholme Shopping Mall, close to local cafes, and minutes from the beautiful Daisy Hill Conservation Park, where you can see wild koalas. Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
